What are Pranic Ingredients?

Foods naturally have a certain prana, or vital energy.  In our recipes, we use ingredients which are positive pranic, like turmeric, black pepper and honey.  Also, no recipe will contain onion or garlic, which have a negative prana.  The combination of black pepper and turmeric is especially beneficial, as black pepper greatly enhances the absorption of turmeric within the body.
